All orders placed through this website are personally processed and packed by us.
For Bali orders, we ship via the local post office, which takes 2-3 days for delivery. If you need your order urgently, we can arrange same-day Gojek delivery, with the delivery fee covered by the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
Each Sinta Sinaya sarong is handmade, hand-printed, and hand-dyed, without the use of machines. Due to this artisanal process, color variations may occur depending on weather, temperature, and fabric quantity. These natural variations make every sarong unique and may include slight imperfections.
If you're not completely satisfied with your sarong, returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving the items, I'm happy to exchange it for another item of your choice. However, return shipping costs will be your responsibility. Feel free to reach out, and we’ll find a solution together!
